Our site is having trouble working on your computer or your phone/tablet, what can you do?

If you're on a computer, try using a different web browser. Our site is not optimized for the Windows web browser Internet Explorer and so we recommend downloading and using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox

If you're on a phone or tablet, we recommend using a computer if you have one available. If not, both Chrome and Firefox have mobile apps that may work better than your phone's default browser (just search in the App Store!). 

How do I subscribe to your email list?

Go to your our Home page on the bottom right hand side, there's a place to enter your email credentials.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we can’t edit the address you’ve entered or the items within the order. But orders are cancelable for up to 1 hour after they are placed. 

If you have an ZOP account, click “Cancel Order” on your My Orders page before placing a new one. If you don’t see a link, our warehouse is already packing up your shipment so we cannot cancel or change it in any way.

How long before my order ships?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 

Note: if you place an order after 12pm on a Friday, your order may not be shipped until the following Monday.
